Friendly Reassurance Services refer to making regular contact, through either telephone or in-home visits, with homebound individuals to assure their well-being and safety.
Security checks involve someone actually visiting the home. The checks are performed by trained and screened personnel.
Our Registered Nurse Care Managers will work with you to design a customized care plan that best suit your needs.
